Everyone Wine vs. Water



It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli bacteria found in feces. In short, we are consuming 1 kilo of poop!

However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine, rum, or other liquors because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermenting. Moreover, alcohol is an antiseptic which actually kills most bacteria.

It is better, therefore, to drink wine and talk shit than to drink water and be full of shit.

I have been away from the blogosphere for quite awhile but I'm here to tell you I'm back. I have been home sitting on my butt for two months and the doc told me yesturday it could be two or three more before I can go back to work. I AM BORED.
